佛教獲全球最佳宗教獎

200名各宗教領袖投票決定 讚揚佛教無戰事 目前無團體代表領獎 因榮譽屬於全人類

【人間社記者滿容日內瓦報導】據日內瓦論壇報報導,國際聯合宗教會票選佛教獲得全球「最佳宗教世界」獎。

總部設在瑞士日內瓦的國際聯合宗教會(ICARUS),基於提高並促進宗教和靈性的融合與交流,今年七月投票決議結果,賦予佛教團體最高榮耀獎,一致表決佛教是「世界上最好的宗教」。

這個獎項是由二百位宗教領袖共同參與國際圓桌會議,投票決定。會中值得一提的是,很多宗教領袖並沒有選擇自己的宗教,而是把自己手中神聖一票投給佛教,雖然佛教徒只占ICARUS會員的極少數,但得票數與呼聲卻最高。

國際聯合宗教會的研究主管伊卡羅斯認為,佛教能贏得世界最好宗教榮耀,是因為在過去歷史中,沒有一場戰爭是以佛教名義而戰,與其他宗教明顯不同。他認為佛教徒真正實踐所宣導的宗教精神,而這也是佛教比其他宗教做得更徹底的地方。

Belfast天主教神父泰德(Ted O'Shaughnessy)表示,他也投佛教一票,他雖崇愛天主教,但內心常深感不安,因為在宣導基督愛的同時,往往在聖經裡發現為上帝而殺害異教徒的經文。

穆斯林的神職人員塔爾阿斌‧魏塞德(Tal Bin Wassad)說: 「雖然我是虔誠的穆斯林,但看到很多個人的忿怒和瞋恨,藉用殺戮方式表達他們對宗教的崇敬,而不是自我調解的途徑。 」

另猶太教拉比羅賓‧山謬‧華聖斯坦(Rabbi Shmuel Wasserstein)說:「我愛猶太教,這是世界上最大的宗教,但自一九九三年以來,我每天都在練習內觀禪修,並將作為修持功課之一。」

「佛教徒備受肯定」,身為巴基斯坦的穆斯林社團,也是國際聯合宗教會投票權的委員之一的魏塞德(Wassad)說:「事實上,我最好朋友當中,有不少人是佛教徒。」

國際聯合宗教會目前尚未找到願意受獎團體,當被問及為什麼佛教界拒絕接受獎項時,緬甸翰達比丘(Bhante Ghurata Hanta)表示:「我們感謝佛教被肯定,但此獎是屬於全人類,因每人皆有佛性。」

委員會之一的葛力奇(Groehlichen)說,他們將會繼續尋找下去,直到找到一個佛教團體願意接受它。當找到時,一定會告訴大家.

Kerabu Mango ..simple & nice

I love this swee, sour & spicy dish . I kept this in my blog for my future reference & also to share with you who are interested on it..

Mango Kerabu

Ingredients
1 small Green Mango - skinned and shredded
5 Shallots - sliced finely
10 Cilipadi - sliced finely
1/2 Cucumber with soft centre removed - shredded
1/2 Carrot - shredded

Seasoning Ingredients
3 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Dash of pepper

Garnishing Ingredients
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves

Directions
1. Combine seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in all shredded ingredients.
3. Place unto serving bowl and sprinkle garnishings.
4. Serve with any seafood curry meals, fried chicken or grilled fish.

Note: You may also use Grinded Peanuts for garnishing.

第一次接触男低音歌手~ 赵鹏;虽然家里没有特别的音响,但还是....赞!
赵鹏,拥有让人称奇的的嗓音,一跃成为中国甚至是在世界发烧碟业界一匹神奇的“黑马”。
目前收集了两张CD (其实是我先生买的啦),全都是真版的喔。

Wakin , 周华健 is back again :)*



4 years back(Sept 2005) Emil Chau had his concert with Jonathan Lee at Stadium Merdeka....4 hours with all the awesome songs..until 12am... 5 of us went cost about RM850++ , but the venue was not so good neh.. a lot of mosquito arround the grass but luckily the songs make me forget about the stiiiing ; songs like 爱相随... 有没有一首歌让我想起你..... 明天我要嫁给你啦 and many more. I won't miss it again this time and the venue would be much better at Putra Indoor Stadium Bkt Jalil [1st Aug 2009].



Jonathan Lee (born 1958) is a Taiwanese record producer, singer, and songwriter. Throughout the mid-1980s through the 1990s, he composed song lyrics and melodies for numerous musical artists in the Rock Records label, including Angus Tung, Sarah Chen, Sandy Lam, Sylvia Chang, Winnie Hsin, Tarcy Su, Jeff Chang, Jackie Chan, Chao Chuan, and Wakin Chau.

Wakin Chau is a Hong Kong singer and actor popular in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. He was known as Emil Chau through the 1980s and 1990s, and by 2000 he reverted to his given name Wakin. As of August 2007, he has released more than 40 albums and held several international concert tours. Alongside his singing career, he is a restaurateur and also is active in international charitable causes

Zhang Zhenyue, also known as A-Yue (Born 1974) is a Taiwanese rock musician known for his 1998 hit song "Ai Wo Bie Zou". He is a songwriter, singer and guitarist, and also a dance music DJ under the name DJ Orange.

Lo Ta-yu or Luo Dayou is an influential Taiwanese singer-songwriter who, during the 1980s, revolutionized Chinese pop and rock music with his melodic lyrics, his love songs, and his witty social and political commentary that he infused in his more political songs, often to the point that some of his songs were suppressed in Taiwan and China during the 1980s.
