Hey, i have made it - my 1st ever carrot cake. Yesterday I have baked a carrot cake & brownies for the Tzu-chi (慈济） member's mid-autum fest. Really appreciate them for their hardwork in charity work done through out the year. Am not actively involved, only once a while helping on recycle activities & monthly donation contribution to them. Hopefully 1 day can give more helping hands.
